Ransom shopping tips

There are plenty of stores to visit during your stay in Ransom. You'll find that all of the major credit cards are accepted, but you'll probably have a problem writing a check. Of course, cash is king in Ransom just like everywhere else. Even thought there are plenty of ATMs available, you'll be safer if you carry Traveller's Checks. That way if they get lost or stolen you can get your money back.

Don't just shop at the big brand name stores. Ransom has lots of little shops on the side streets where you can find unusual items and even hand-made crafts. If you are visiting Ransom from another country, make sure you know how much merchandise you can bring home without paying duty.
