Seeing Monongalia by bicycle

Bicycles are a great way to get around Monongalia, but watch out for traffic! You can rent bicycles at a number of different locations around Monongalia. Ask at your hotel's front desk to see if there is a particular shop that they recommend.

Even though Monongalia is a friendly place, always use a bicycle lock when you're leaving your bike unattended even for a few minutes. If your rental bike gets stolen you are going to have to pay the shop for a new one.
